Yellowstone Annual Conference will be held at the Billings Crowne Plaza, with worship services at First United Methodidt Church. A map below shows both locations. Rooms are available at the Crowne Plaza for $90 a night plus taxes. Reservations may be made by calling 1 -800-588-7666 and telling the operator you are with the Yellowstone Annual Conference. Reservations MUST be made by April 24, 2012 in order to receive this rate! Free parking is available to all conference participants in the Parking Garage across from the Crowne Plaza. The Garage can be accessed from 1st Avenue North or North 27th St.. Bring your ticket inside and the hotel will validate it for you.
During Annual Conference the only meal provided with your registration fee will be the Mission Banquet. Coffee and tea will be provided each morning along with a healthy snack at 10 AM and 3 PM each day. Please plan accordingly. Food and drink service is the single largest expense of annual conference. Once again this year we will have hospitality hosts who will gather people who want to share a meal and lead them to a restaurant for lunch or dinner. This is a good way to meet new people and connect more deeply with those around the conference.
