At Rocky Mountain College, Spiritual Life programming includes opportunities for students to find support and community, to ask questions and discuss new ideas, and to put faith into action. Students are encouraged to integrate faith with academic experiences, to consider how their beliefs inform their actions, and to grow as spiritual leaders. These programs are possible because of the support we receive from you!

Last May, Rocky Mountain College students traveled to Salt Lake City where they had many opportunities to explore and practice faith. They learned about disaster relief while assembling health kits at the United Methodist Committee on Relief (UMCOR) West Depot. They were challenged to consider the harsh realities of poverty housing while working at the Salt Lake Valley Habitat for Humanity ReStore. They interacted with clients and explored issues related to hunger and homelessness while volunteering with the Crossroads Urban Center Thrift Store.

Students have also been exploring and practicing faith this semester! During "Peanut Butter Jelly Time", students make sandwiches for the homeless and learn about agencies that address hunger in the Billings community. During "Coffee and Conversations", students enjoy a free coffee drink and discuss controversial issues. A faculty member is present to serve as a resource. During our "Not Your Typical Bible Study", students consider what they believe. They listen and learn from one another, from tradition and experience, and from the Bible. At least twice a month, students meet for chapel or attend worship together. These are just a few examples of the programs that are possible because of support we receive from churches.
