Annual Conference 2017
Join us June 8 to 10 at the DoubleTree Hotel (formerly Crowne Plaza), 27 N. 27th St. in Billings, Montana, for our 69th Annual Conference Session.
*We have reserved a block of rooms at the DoubleTree. Reservations must be made by May 7 to secure the $119 per night rate.
The deadline to register for conference is May 25.
Annual Conference is an opportunity for us to gather and dream together about ways in which we can better live into beloved community as United Methodists. On Thursday, June 8, all members of conference will be participating in service projects throughout the community. You will select your preferred project during registration. Please see the map for more information on these projects as well as their location.
IT'S BACK!! The Mission Picnic is once again hosting the friendly competition, "Tug-o-Love".
The Tug-o-Love will raise money for Angola Pastors and Intermountain Children's Home Sponsor a Camper Program.
There will be four teams, each one representing either University of Montana, Montana State, Rocky Mountain College, or University of Wyoming. Each team will have ten members, but only 2 are ‘freebies’. For every $125 raised by the team, another person will be added to the actual ‘pull’. The goal is to raise at least $2,000 for each ministry.
